This surveillance footage released by the NYPD shows two men robbing a Kennedy Fried Chicken in the Bronx. One is armed with a shotgun, while the other strolls in drinking a soda. Authorities say the crime occurred around 10:58 p.m. last Thursday. After the man with the shotgun threatened workers with the weapon, his partner put the soda aside for a second and tried to hop over the counter to access the cash register.
The suspects made away with the register, which reportedly contained about $500. As if they didn't look suspicious enough, the roll of receipt paper got caught and can be seen trailing behind them.
