Luckily no one got hurt.

Comedian Kevin Hart isn't in any sort of downward career spiral—quite the opposite—but he still apparently made a bad decision. Hart was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 4:30 a.m. this morning on the 101 Freeway near Los Angeles.

He was stopped for speeding at 90 mph, "driving erratic," and "almost collided with a gas tanker truck," the California Highway Patrol said. They booked him for a misdemeanor DUI after he failed field sobriety tests and showed "objective signs of intoxication." Yikes. As of this morning he was being held on $5,000 bond.

Hart recently hosted Saturday Night Live and he has a role in the upcoming This is the End. His faux-reality series on BET, Real Husbands of Hollywood was renewed for a second season. Hopefully this was just a mistake and not symptomatic of a larger problem. Hart has spoken before about staying away from drugs because of his father's struggle addiction.
