Yesterday, surevillance cameras captured a man opening fire on a Brooklyn street in broad daylight. 20-year-old Kevon Ferrell can be seen shooting from the corner of Bedford Avenue and Carroll Streets around 2:20 p.m. According to the NYPD, Ferrell then sprinted down Carroll Street and disposed of the .380 caliber weapon. 

Officers from the 71st Precinct watched it all unfold and were able to apprehend him and recover the gun about a block away. Ferrell was charged with reckless endangerment, attempted assault and criminal possession of a firearm. Watch the shocking video below.
