Samsung launches its new flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S 4, on March 14, so to build up anticipation, they posted a teaser video this morning.
The clip features a "secret messenger" of Samsung Unpacked 2013, who is actually just a young boy named Jeremy. The kid's delivered to a private conference via a Rolls Royce, but not without hearing some remarks from his chauffeur first: "I know this is going to be one of the most amazing products to hit the market since TVs went color." Groan.
The kid goes on to have a "top-secret" meeting, and just as he opens the box with his partner, his face is lit up by a rainbow, as if we're supposed to believe his shock and awe. Too bad the 80s Muzak kind of kills the mood.
Innovative this isn't, but we'll let you decide for yourself:
