After a series of high-profile attacks on U.S. companies, including The New York Times, President Obama has invited several American CEOs to the White House to discuss our nation's cybersecurity.
No word yet on who's attending, but the super-secret meeting will be held in the White House Situation Room, where the president will discuss his cybersecurity order, which he signed just last month, and how corporations and the government can work together to deter attacks.
The meeting is expected to take place this afternoon, and China will most definitely be on the agenda as it's been cited by some U.S. officials for perpetrating the hacks. China immediately responded that it's willing to cooperate with the U.S. on cybersecurity and establish a "constructive relationship"—"cyberspace needs rules and cooperation," it said, "not wars."
