One of the many dangers of traveling on the NYC subway is the occasional flasher. The NYPD is asking the public to help them gather information about a man who allegedly exposed himself to a 26-year-old woman on an R train headed to Queens.
The incident occurred on Feb. 27 around 11:20 p.m., and the suspect is described as a black man in his 40s who was dressed in all black and a black wool hat. He reportedly used a FedEx envelope to cover himself. Police urge anyone with information about him to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), submit tips at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or text them to 274637 and then enter the code TIP577.
