The New York Daily News says that a man hired by Port Authority to look out for suspicious activity on the George Washington Bridge was caught smoking weed at his post on Wednesday. A Port Authority policeman reportedly stopped by Sami Omar's post on the New Jersey tower and noticed the distinct smell of marijuana. Omar blamed the smell on "a passing skunk." It was that skunk, alright.

Authorities found a bag of weed and a half-smoked blunt inside of Omar's shoe. Omar, who worked for FJC Security, was charged with possession of marijuana. His "skunk" excuse remains hilarious.
