It's been a while since the Star Trek film was released; four years, to be exact. Four years of tireless waiting, four years of scavanging the Internet for the slightest bit spoilers, four years of looking up William Shatner's music videos - it's been tough. We're all survivors today.
But good news, the wait is almost over! The sequel to the film, Star Trek Into Darkness, is finally set to be released in the US on May 17th of this year. In anticipation of the fast-approaching premiere date, Paramount has released a new international trailer for the film, this one featuring lots more of Sherlock Holmes himself, Benedict Cumberbatch. It looks like J.J. Abrams has kept with the trend set by the last film and included lots of lens flares to blind us all while we watch. Hey - we wouldn't want it any other way.
