After several years and countless iterations, Google finally decided to roll all its various chat services into one.

That unifying chat service will be called Babble and integrated throughout all of Google's communication products, reports Mashable. So rather than having to toggle between Google+ and Gmail, for example, "you'll be able to share photos in live chats as well as start an Google+ Hangout with anyone in your contacts."

Babble probably won't appear on your laptop until May, when Google plans to show off the new version of Android "Key Lime Pie" during the Google 1/0 developer's conference.
