Over the weekend, an absurd amount of marijuana was found on a beach in Santa Barbara County. A boat was also found near the marijuana, signaling a smuggling attempt that failed pretty miserably. According to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department, roughly 2,000 pounds of marijuana was found on Refugio State Beach early Sunday morning. The weed is reportedly worth $4 million

The 30-foot boat was carrying 20 fuel containers, and the marijuana was stuffed into 50 bales wrapped in plastic. This comes a little over a week after $1 million worth of weed was found near a boat that crashed by Vandenberg Air Force Base.
