You don't want everyone around your children. A man in Hawthorne, FL was arrested on Thursday for allegedly exposing himself to a friend's daughter. 32-year-old Roosevelt Allen Douglas II was at the 12-year-old girl's home watching a movie when she saw him allegedly expose himself.
The girl told police that Douglas started masturbating and showed her dirty text messages. When she got uncomfortable and walked outside, he reportedly followed her. She also told police that after man left, he instructed her not to tell anyone.
When police questioned Douglas, he claimed that he accidentally exposed himself to the girl because there was a hole in his pants. Apparently, fondling himself was the only way to fix that problem. He was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.
