This was about far more than beer.
A couple in Lindsay, Ontario was arrested yesterday morning after allegedly attacking each other with chips and dip during a vicious fight over the final beer. Police responded to a call to the home where there had been 15 domestic disputes that were previously documented.
Officers on the scene reportedly found the couple "covered in chips and dip." The 41-year-old man and 39-year-old woman were arrested and charged with domestic assault and will appear in court later this month.
