Skylar Astin, the male breakout from Pitch Perfect will play a "charming manger who's a master-of-the-universe in training who works for a top company" and falls for Cougar Town's Briga Heelan, the building supervisor. Scrubs' John C. McGinley is in the pilot as well.

Austin was recently in 21 and Over; he also starred in Spring Awakening on Broadway with Lea Michele

TBS' original comedies haven't been that great in the past, but we can get on board with this one.
