Director Marc Webb has released shots of the new Spider-Man costume that Andrew Garfield will wear in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. It's meant to more closely rememble Spidey's look in the comics. The new suit has bigger eyes and "a number of alterations to texture and color."
Peter is about to graduate high school, and he is finding it hard to keep the promise he made to Gwen's (Emma Stone) father to stay away from her. Jamie Foxx plays a villain, Electro, and The Descendents' Shailene Woodley will play Mary Jane Watson. Martin Sheen and Sally Field are also reprising their roles as Uncle Ben and Aunt May.
Hopefully Webb will give us some more sneak peeks to tide us over—The Amazing Spider-Man 2 doesn't come out until May 2, 2014.
