Unsurprising news for new reality competition The Job: According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS has opted to pull the series from its schedule after just two episodes, due to disappointing ratings in key demos. Specifically, the show premiered earlier this month to a weak 4.1 million viewers, and its second episode garnered only 3.8 million - and a 0.7 rating for adults under 50.

The series, which was hosted by Lisa Ling, featured contestants each vying for a specific job - a timely subject given the state of the nation's job market, but ultimately not the best idea for a reality show.

Instead, CBS will air Undercover Boss in the show's 8 PM Friday timeslot, effective immediately.
