You remember the indie hit QWOP ? The Olympic track and field game that had you control a runner using your keyboard to move all of the athlete's limbs independently from one another? It was one of the most difficult and bizarrely rewarding indie titles of all time.
Adventure Time's Pendleton Ward was a huge fan. Anyways, Surgeon Simulator 2013 works in much the same way. You are a very amateur surgeon and must perform various feats of medical miracles while hands and fingers move independently from one another. It's bloody, gory, and kind of awesome.
