The iPad is getting a makeover and could hit stores as early as March, according to Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster. 

Since 2009, Apple has averaged four months between upgrades, so he expects a new one to roll out in March or April. 

But don't look for an iPad Mini with Retina Display, he added, noting supply constraints. An iPad reboot is more likely, as well as a possible facelift to Apple TV, whose television is expected to debut within the next six months or so.
