There's no telling what the next turn in this story is going to be. After being officially charged with capital murder for killing an LAPD officer and a retired captain's daughter and her fiancé, renegade ex-LAPD officer Christopher Dorner has been the talk of the nation. Now we have to wonder what his next move is, especially after video of him purchasing scuba equipment two days before his first alleged killing has emerged.
Surveillance footage from Torrance, CA's Sports Chalet shows Dorner carrying two scuba tanks that he had refilled with oxygen. Dorner was once a member of a "Naval undersea warfare unit." Dorner failed in stealing a boat on Feb. 6, and it's possible that the oxygen tanks were part of an elaborate plan.
