Lee Pace is headed to AMC. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the former Pushing Daisies star has been cast in the lead role of the network's newest series: A drama set in the 1980's about computers, called Halt and Catch Fire.

The series will follow Pace's character, Joe MacMillan, a former successful salesman for computer company IBM who is described as a "often the smartest guy in the office and two steps ahead of both friends and enemies." The series will be set in Dallas, Texas - the "Silicon Prairie," - and revolve around the rise of personal computers and technology.

Pace will be starring opposite Smashed star Mackenzie Davis.  Hopefully, there will also be a lot of neon clothes and old Depeche Mode songs!
