Only a few short weeks after ABC sadly dropped Don't Trust the B---- in Apt 23 from their schedule, the series' brilliant star, Krysten Ritter, already has a new pilot lined up. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ritter has signed on to star in NBC's new adaptation of Bachelorette writer Leslye Headland's play, Assistance. Like the title insinuations, Ritter's character, Nora, will be an assistant of some sort - specifically, she'll be the personal assistant to a entertainment boss so demanding, he'd probably make Vogue's Anna Wintour shake in her $2000 leather boots.

This is great news for Ritter who, though a recognizable face, hasn't really found any sort of defining role yet, and has jumped between shows like Veronica Mars and Breaking Bad for ages now. Hopefully, this news will be a good omen for the rest of the Don't Trust the B cast as well - like Dreama Walker, who also deserves better than small roles in Gossip Girl.

Don't let us down, guys!
