Windows 7 users rejoice. Internet Explorer 10 is now available on all W7 platforms. The updated browser, which was introduced on Windows 8 in October last year, offers a number a changes, perhaps the most important being solid functionality.

Microsoft promises improved JavaScript performance, better battery life for mobile PCs, integrated spell-check and auto-correct, and a much faster and more stable experience. The interface isn't the fullscreen look you get in Windows 8— it's basically the same as it was with IE 9
