We still haven't gotten over the fact that showrunner Dan Harmon is no longer a part of Community. Still, we're glad the show's fourth season finally premiered last week after being yanked around by NBC for months. The creator of the little comedy that could talked at CommuniCon this weekend about his time at the show and what's next.

Most devastatingly, though, Harmon revealed that they almost did a Nicolas Cage episode. With a Nicolas Cage Appreciation class. That sounds way better than History of Ice Cream! "You have to embrace that Nicolas Cage is a pretty good actor. He's done a lot of weird, dumb movies, but that was supposed to be the point of the episode—that Nicolas Cage is a metaphor for God, or for society, or for the self, or something. It's like—what is Nicolas Cage?" Harmon said.

Somewhere, Abed's head is exploding.
