Authorities seized this "marijuana cannon" last week in the Mexican border city of Mexicali. They believe it was used to fire packages of marijuana over border fence to California. According to a police report, the cannon had the power to toss packages that weighed up to 30 pounds.
This "flying weed" creation was clever, but the cops caught up to them. Back to the drawing board they go.
