Let's be honest. Receiving injections at the doctor's office have been and will never be an enjoyable experience. But rest assured, there may be a convenient alternative on the way. A team of researchers at King's College in London have created a patch of micro needles that could rival the traditional singular syringe.

In addition, Fujifilm has developed a similar method of multiple needles, however, there's a twist. The patches are made entirely out of sugar, which would then dissolve into the skin of the patient. Can you believe that? As of right now, the system is in the animal testing phase, so there's still some time before we see it in a doctor's office near you.

SIdebar: Would this injection be suitable for diabetics? Just wondering.
