A Bronx man has been accused of attacking his four-year-old niece over the weekend because he was convinced she had raided his weed stash. Hugh Encarnacion, 24, was discovered standing over the little girl with a belt in his hands by her mother on Sunday afternoon. When she asked what he was doing, he yelled "She took four bags of my weed!"
His sister grabbed the girl and tried to escape, but Encarnacion blocked her path. When she attempted to call for help, he took her phone and allegedly punched her in the face when she tried to find it. Encarnacion was charged with assault, robbery, grand larceny, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child. However, he's already guilty of being a terrible uncle, brother and human being.
Fortunately, the little girl was not harmed.
