A cab ran over a man yesterday morning in the South Bronx, leaving him trapped under the vehicle. ABC 7 has secured this miraculous video footage of NYPD officers lifting the cab off of him. This all took place around 2:30 a.m. at East 138th Street and Brown Place, and thanks to the officer's heroics, responders were able to get the man to the hospital after he slipped into cardiac arrest.
The driver of the cab will not be charged, and the man is still in critical condition.
