We’re just about two months away from the season three premiere of HBO’s Game of Thrones, and at this point we’re just fiending for any new information or footage from the show. And thanks to a new featurette from the network, we finally have a bit more insight into what we can expect from the upcoming batch of episodes.
In this video we go behind the scenes as the writers, producers, and cast of the show give us little nuggets of news, despite an overwhelming veil of mystery around all of it. The best bit comes from writer and producer David Benioff, who describes this as “The rise and fall season” because of how many of the series’ characters will either lose all that they have or gain limitless power as the season goes on.
Game of Thrones season three will debut on March 31.
