It's here! The first video sampling of the Discovery channel's upcoming Giant Squid special, which will reveal the mythical, majestic beast to millions of land-locked humans for the first time.
ABC News got hold of a few seconds of the footage, which will air in its entirety later this month in an episode of the new season of "Curiosity."
As we told you previously, the Squid was found by a team of scientists over 2,000 feet below sea level off the coast of Japan. It's the first one ever captured on film live in the wild.
