The map you've been waiting for is finally here. You've heard about the gentrification of Brooklyn, but now Property Sharkhas created a map that allows you to visualize it. The map covers changes in property prices from 2004 to 2012, and it looks exactly how you'd expect it to.

The neighborhoods that have experienced the greatest growth are Williamsburg, Lefferts Garden, Gowanus and Fort Greene. Other places like Cypress Hill and Bay Ridge have seen declines. For the full breakdown, check it out above.
