Earlier this week, a livery cabby working the Bronx in the early morning was shot three times by a passenger. Fifty-four-year-old Raphael Martinez had been on shift for an hour when he picked up a passenger. The passenger attempted to stick-up Martinez, but the cabby didn't understand the demands. That's when the passenger opened fire. For $8, Martinez was shot three times—twice inside the cab, once out on the street.

Martinez is in stable condition.
