Lindsay Lohan is headed back to the court, but this time she won't be facing any charges - she'll be pressing them. According to Yahoo! News, the troubled starlet is suing D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries LLC., which is the clothing company that distributed her fashion line, the 6126 Collection. Lohan claims that, though she no longer works with the company, they're still selling items under the 6126 name, and she's seeking a total of $1 million in damages because of it - money she says is owed to her in royalties.
The lawsuit, which was filed in LA today, cites breach of contract, fraud, and trademark infringement as the offenses, and asks the judge to rule that D.N.A.M. cannot continue to use the 6126 name to distribute merchandise.
In related news, Lohan is reportedly looking to design a new line soon, and will be negotiating with a new company to get that started. Hopefully, that works out better than her acting comeback has been going, because she still owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes.
