44-year-old Robert Briley was arrested on December 16 for taking an errant swing at his friend after asking the man to participate in a threesome with he and his wife. The two were drinking around 4 a.m. when Briley popped the question, which his friend refused.
According to a police report, Briley wanted his wife to perform oral sex on his 37-year-old friend, and then all three of them would engage in a wild tryst. However, when Briley continued to press his friend, the man suggested that he just take Briley's wife and have his way with her, excluding Briley from the fun.
Briley didn't take kindly to that suggestion and swung away at his friend with an aluminum bat. No one was injured, but a drunken Briley awoke to the unfriendly sound of the police. He denied swinging at his friend, but was arrested and charged with aggravated assault regardless.
