Ex-Manhattan ADA Indicted for Selling to Undercover Cop

Cue that "Law & Order" noise.

David Leung, the former Manhattan district attorney from 1993 to 2004, has been indicted after he was caught selling a felonious amount of marijuana to an undercover cop in the East Village last year.

In a turn of events that just have to sting, the 44-year-old Leung appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday, where he worked for over a decade. He's facing at least one felony for selling $200 worth of weed before over eight ounces were found in the trunk and floor of his car in September.

Leung will return to court in February when the indictment will be unsealed.
