Mari Vanna (1141 Connecticut Avenue NW) opened its D.C. location to the public last week, and today they're endearing themselves to everyone named "Tatiana." Today, January 25, is the Russian Name Day for Saint Tatiana. In observation, the restaurant and lounge will provide all Tatiana's with a free glass of champagne and free Birdsmilk dessert.
