This Thursday at 8:30 a.m. EST, Seth MacFarlane and Emma Stone will reveal the nominees for the 85th Academy Awards in a press conference that will be aired live, according to USA Today. Having Stone do this is nothing out of the ordinary, but this is the first time since Charlton Heston did it in 1972 that the host of the Academy Award ceremony—MacFarlane in this case—will also be involved in the nomination announcement.
With MacFarlane on-hand, you can probably expect multiple Family Guy voices to be used to entertain the sleep-deprived masses who will be up covering this news at the time.
