An angry, lifelong Williamsburgresident was arrested this week for making over 400 calls to 911 to complain about the hipsters who have invaded his neighborhood. According to the New York Post, 51-year-old Louis Segna was charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated harassment and making false reports after making an astonishing 403 calls.

Segna, who was described as "nuts" by a local shopkeeper, crossed the line this week when he made two phony calls about gunshots and gang fights. Deputy Inspector Terence Hurson recognized his voice from previous calls and complaints made in community-precinct meetings. After police tracked his cell number, they discovered that he had made 403 calls in the past two years.

Segna owned up to be a pain in the ass when he was arrested on Thursday, saying "It’s the only way I can get you guys to come." He was arrested in the early '90s for having homemade explosives and a rifle in his apartment.
