Bryan Singer is headed to the Twilight Zone. According to Deadline, the X-Men director is set to develop, executive produce, and possibly direct a reboot of the classic 1960's series The Twilight Zone for CBS TV Studios. The drama series project is just in the early stages so the studio is still searching for a writer, but Singer is reportedly officially signed on. It also has yet to be pitched to networks, but it will likely end up on CBS, as that's where the original series aired, and the project is being produced by CBS Studios.

This isn't the first Twilight Zone-themed project we've heard about this year. A feature film based on the series is reportedly in the works at Warner Bros., with a script by Jason Rothenberg and Cloverfield's Matt Reeves set to direct.
