Instagram may be gone, but Twitter wants to give you the opportunity to place filters on your photos and post them on the social media site before the end of 2012. Apparently, "the goal is to release the camera filters in an application update in time for the holiday season." And according to sources, Twitter's employees and co-founder Jack Dorsey have been trying out its iOS and Android apps.
