Meet Alice Richmond, Tina Fey's real-life daughter. She's only 7 years old but she nailed it during her first appearance on NBC's 30 Rock as a young Liz Lemon.
When Tina Fey's Liz Lemon married James Marsden's Chris Chross on Thursday's anticipated wedding episode, Alice appears in a flashback scene where Lemon recalled her first wedding experience as a flower girl. Alice is the daughter of Fey and husband of 11 years Jeff Richmond.
