Cheat: Game Soundtrack

Wipeout XL wasn't the first game to use licensed music, but it certainly was one of the first to use it well. Such an electronic dance driven soundtrack in 1996 might have been foreign to many gamers, but U.K.-based developer Psygnosis was more than happy to educate, as well as introduce many to a little known energy drink called Red Bull. What better way to experience a soundtrack than by simply popping the game disc in a CD player. That's all you need to do to enjoy Wipeout XL's music without firing up the game.
