AT&T may be the second largest wireless carrier in the U.S., but according to a consumer satisfaction survey conducted by Consumer Reports, it's the last one people want to be on. Usually these surveys could be taken with a grain of salt-there are a lot of variables that go into how these results are generated-but this is the second year in a row Ma Bell took the crown for worst wireless provider. Even Sprint and T-Mobile, two companies that at any moment have one foot in the grave and the other in the bed of another wireless company, ranked higher. Not a good look.
