It all began with a simple traffic stop. A driver was pulled over by authorities for talking on her cell phone, and then an officer noticed some weed. Somehow, the weed found in the car led police to a grow house in the Antelope Valley where thousands of dollars worth of marijuana was found. To further complicate matters, authorities determined that the grow house operators were stealing electricity.
