A teenager from central New York remains hospitalized after falling 30 feet off of a cliff while he fled a house party raid. Michael Pinto, 17, took the devastating fall late Friday night after police broke up a party in the Oneida County town of Deerfield. Pinto reportedly ran into the woods, then fell off of the cliff into a riverbed.

According to officials, Pinto's condition has been upgraded from critical to fair at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. Police were responding to reports of a one-car crash in the area and came across the party after spotting several intoxicated teenagers leaving with alcohol.
