A livery cab driver has been accused of groping a drunk female passenger earlier this week. The 26-year-old woman flagged down police at East 39th Street and Lexington Avenue to report that she had been groped in the back of a cab while travelling from Brooklyn.
According to the NYPD, the woman was "highly intoxicated," and a witness said police were forced to console the crying victim.
