After opting to miss her hearing on Wednesday in favor of following The Wanted, along with band member and rumored boyfriend Max George, Lindsay Lohan didn't get in any trouble. As for her role in the case of the stolen jewelry, Lindsay could face up to eight months in prison for violating her probation.
The judge will ultimately determine if Lindsay violated her probation and if so, that's where the jail time comes in. Also, it doesn't help that the TMZ's sources are reporting that the L.A. City Attorney is "out for blood" and they plan on filing papers demanding that LiLo's probation should be revoked. Just another bout with the law for Ms. Lohan.
