After word got out on the alarming new Terms of Service policy from Instagram, everyone from the average person to models like Coco Rocha were expression their anger towards the change. Now, their most followed celebrity is threatening to leave the site. Recently, Kim Kardashian told TMZ, "I just don't think they should have the right to sell [our photos] to advertising companies on our behalf. What if we don't want to advertise what they want?" In fact, she has already said that she would join a rival photo sharing company if no alterations are made. Ouch.
For someone like Kim who has built her empire by picking and choosing what she joins and doesn't attach her name to, this change could be career-threatening. If Instagram knows what's good for them, they'll keep Kim happy and make a change soon.
