James Franco Has Written a Book of Poetry

Because of course.

None

In totally unsurprising news, James Franco is still continuing his quest to do everything he possibly can, and Vulture is reporting that the actor/director/singer/producer/writer/artist/student/probably some other stuff has just sold his first full book of poetry to Graywolf Press. Set to be released in April 2014, the book is titled Directing Herbert White - likely a reference to the film Herbert White that Franco wrote and directed, which in itself was based on a poem by Frank Bidart. It all connects nicely, which now that we think about it, was probably something Franco intended. These silly artists!

This will be Franco's third book, following his short story Palo Alto, and his poetry chapbook, Strongest of the Litter.
