Mormon Idaho Senator Michael Crapo claimed that he didn't drink, but was arrested for DUI last week after he made a left turn at a red light. The Washington Post examined the police report, which stated that Crapo told officers that he had downed "several shots of vodka" before getting behind the wheel. Despite saying that he hadn't drank anything in hours, Crapo still had a blood alcohol level of 0.11.
Eh, it happens. Even to U.S. senators.
