There's a lot of outrage going around over Instagram's latest updates to its Terms of Service, which essentially give the social network the right to sell your photos to advertisers. The outcry is coming from all directions, including the Instagram account of Facebook-founder Mark Zuckerberg's own wedding photographer.

In a recent posting to Instagram, which is now owned by Facebook, photographer Noah Kalina makes the case against the photo-sharers overreaching claims on images and likenesses.

"My name, face and photographs are not only valuable but my livelihood," he writes. "You can not take those things from me for free."

You might remember Kalina as the man behind Zuckerberg's viral wedding photo from earlier this year. Let's hope Zuckerberg still follows him.
