Sad news, Daily Show fans: According to EW, longtime correspondent and writer Wyatt Cenac has opted to leave the series next month. Cenac, who joined the show in 2008, has been increasingly focusing on his stand-up career, so its likely his departure has something to do with that.

"Jon and the staff wish him the best in his future endeavors," a spokesperson for the network said of Cenac's depature. His last episode, as well as the last episode of 2012, will air on December 13th on Comedy Central.
